House Policies
Weeks run from Thursday to the following Wednesday.
Be comfortable with a small dog in the house. Small dogs are allowed upon confirmation of breed and temperament and for an additional fee of $25 per night.
Guests have access to the Guest Fridge and allocated cabinet space. Will maintain kitchen clean after use and load/unload the dishwasher when needed.
Turn off lights and A/C when not using.
Guests will be allowed 1 visitors per room. Further visitors and overnight guests must be approved and subject to an additional fee.
Disruptive, discriminatory, and destructive behavior will not be tolerated. Respect yourself and each other. I reserve the right to ask any guest to leave.

Security
House is secured with a gated entry and a personalized code will be provided for the duration of your stay. Please keep this private and do not let strangers in. Safes are provided for Guests’ convenience, but Froot Falls is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
Cancellations & Refunds
Before May, booking is confirmed upon payment of 25% non-refundable deposit. Afterwards, booking requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due two weeks before your stay. There are no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of your reservation date.
Please be mindful of the Ferry service and schedule. Froot Falls is not responsible for schedule changes and subsequent requests for reservation alterations.
